Mailbox Service Fees
Basic Mail Plan – $50/month
Ideal for local professionals who prefer to pick up mail in person.

Premium Mail Plan – $75/month
Designed for remote professionals and out-of-area businesses needing virtual mail access.
Includes Everything in the Basic Mail Plan, Plus:

Digital Mail Forwarding (emailed weekly, Fridays by 5 PM) or

USPS Mail Forwarding (mailed weekly, Fridays; postage charged per item)

Daily Email Notifications (sent M–F at 3 PM for new incoming mail)

One-Time & Administrative Fees
To maintain smooth operations and compliance with USPS regulations:

USPS Form 1583 Verification: Included with setup

Late Payment Fee: $10 after 5-day grace period
Payment Terms

All plans are billed & invoiced monthly, due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 5th.

Clients may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
