Notification & Support

When official mail or service of process is received, you will be:

  1. Notified by email immediately (within 24 hours of receipt)

  2. Provided a scanned copy of the document via the secure online portal

  3. Option to pickup in person during business hours Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

  4. Option to have mail forwarded (at an additional cost and invoiced separately)

Mailbox Service Fees

Basic Mail Plan – $50/month

Ideal for local professionals who prefer to pick up mail in person.

Includes:

  • Premium Business Address (use our office address for your business)

  • Onsite Mailbox with Pickup (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM)

  • Mail & Package Handling (secure receipt and storage)

  • Email Notifications for Oversized Packages

  • Access to Meeting Room ($25/hour)

Premium Mail Plan – $75/month

Designed for remote professionals and out-of-area businesses needing virtual mail access.

Includes Everything in the Basic Mail Plan, Plus:

  • Digital Mail Forwarding (emailed weekly, Fridays by 5 PM) or

  • USPS Mail Forwarding (mailed weekly, Fridays; postage charged per item)

  • Daily Email Notifications (sent M–F at 3 PM for new incoming mail)

Optional Add-Ons

Enhance your plan with additional features:

  • Text Notifications: +$10/month
    Get SMS alerts for incoming mail or packages.

  • Additional Recipients: +$10/month per recipient
    Add extra business names or individuals under one mailbox.

  • Mail Forwarding Postage: Charged per letter or parcel based on USPS rates.

  • Meeting Room Rental: $25/hour (available to all mailbox clients).

One-Time & Administrative Fees

To maintain smooth operations and compliance with USPS regulations:

  • Account Setup Fee: $25 (one-time)

  • USPS Form 1583 Verification: Included with setup

  • Late Payment Fee: $10 after 5-day grace period

Payment Terms

  • All plans are billed & invoiced monthly, due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 5th.

  • Clients may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
